Wahooz Birthday FAQs
We’re sorry, but we will not store cake, cupcakes or leftover food before or after the party. We do not recommend ice cream cakes for this reason.
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, but we can book a party the day before if space is available.
If you need to cancel your party the deposit is non-refundable, however if you provide at least seven days’ notice you may receive your deposit back in the form of a gift card that can be used towards any future purchase at Wahooz, Pinz or Roaring Springs. Any party cancelled with less than seven days’ notice will forfeit their deposit.
Absolutely, we offer a number of food specials and add-ons that can be found on our Birthday Packages Page, or you can order off the Z Bar & Grill or Stargazer Grill menus.
The table time is scheduled for the beginning of your party. Your host/hostess is responsible for taking care of the party during your table time. At the end of the table time you will receive your game cards and wristbands, then your party can go and enjoy the rest of the park.
We do not allow outside food or beverages. Cake is the only exception.
Either is fine. We would be happy to order a cake from Pastry Perfection in advance or you can supply your own. We cannot store cake before or after the party. For this reason we do not recommend ice cream cakes. No other outside food or beverages are allowed except cake.
Yes. We do require a $100, non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. We can take your deposit over the phone with a credit card or you can come to Wahooz and pay your deposit. We do not accept personal checks.
Yes. We want to make sure all your guests are comfortable so we set aside seating for guests not participating in the birthday package, up to one adult per participating child. If there are more adults than participating children there is a $25 charge per table of 10.
Yes. Wahooz will decorate your party tables with colorful balloons, plates, cups, napkins and utensils. You are more than welcome to bring in your own party supplies, however, no cups, confetti, pinatas or other hanging items are permitted. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your own decorations. Bringing your own party decorations will not decrease your party charge.

Friday and Saturday nights the busiest times at Pinz, and we want to be able to give birthdays our undivided attention at times when we’re less busy. You’re still welcome to bring your party in on a Friday or Saturday night. If there’s a wait you can play at Wahooz. You can also order off the menu in the Z Bar & Grill or in the Stargazer Grill and eat first, then bowl when your lane is ready. You’re welcome to bring in a cake and serving items (except cups), as well. We ask that you serve your cake in one of our restaurant areas so as not to take up limited space on the lanes.
Certainly, please notify us in advance as to what food allergy the guest has and we will do our best to find a suitable meal replacement, or they are welcome to bring in their own meal if their allergy is severe.
The Pinz Party package will bowl for the first hour, then have their table time for the second hour. Please arrive at your party 15 minutes early, as if you’re late we cannot extend your time on the lane. At the end of your table time your server will give each guest their free Wahooz attraction pass and $5 game card. Bowling Blast parties will be served pizza at their lane toward the beginning of their party.

We would love to have you join in the fun, and we offer two different options. You can either purchase the same birthday package for each adult who wants to bowl at the time you make your party reservation, or you can pay regular bowling rates on a first come, first served basis (unfortunately we cannot guarantee open lanes next to your party.)

The Pinz Party package includes a decorated table in the Galaxy Event Center (table locations subject to change based on events in the Galaxy). Your party host will serve food, play games, and provide bowling instruction at the lanes. For the Bowling Blast pizza is served at your lane by a server. A party host will not be provided.
Pinz invitations are available on Pinz website to print at home or email.
Wahooz Ultimate Unlimited Birthday Bash, Classic Unlimited Birthday Bash and Indoor Incredible all include unlimited bowling*. Pinz party packages include one free Wahooz attraction pass (good for a one-time use on your choice of any one attraction, except Batting Cages) and a $5 game card that your host will give each guest at the end of your party.

Our parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and fill up fast, but as long as there is room we will get you in. We recommend booking at least one week in advance, but we can take your reservation even one day before your party if space is available.
Certainly, but our Birthday Packages are value priced, so you’ll want to compare everything you get to bowling at regular prices. Also, with a birthday package you’ll get reserved lane and table time, whereas bowling is only available on a first-come, first-served basis to walk-in parties. You are welcome to bring a cake and serving items (no other outside food, drinks or cups), but we ask that you serve your cake in the Z Bar & Grill or Stargazer Grill, rather than in Pinz to avoid taking up lane time. We also ask that you limit your table time to 45 minutes. Items left unattended after that time will be removed.
