Tap ‘n Pay wristbands allow you to keep your wallet or phone locked safely away and to make faster, more convenient transactions at Roaring Springs and Wahooz. They’re also great for kids. At Wahooz you can also store your Arcade credits and points on your wristband. Season Pass wristbands function in the same way to Tap ‘n Pay.
Wristbands are available for purchase at the ticket counter, and online.
There are two options for adding funds to your Tap ‘n Pay wristband:
1. Link your credit card
2. Load the dollar amount you choose online, or at the Ticket Booth, Season Pass Office, Guest Relations, Gift Shop, or Top Up Kiosk
Paying is easy with a Tap ‘n Pay wristband, or your Season Pass wristband. When the cashier asks for payment, let them know you will be paying with a wristband, and then tap it. If only a partial amount is available, you add a second payment method. You can reload your wristband at the Ticket Counter, and Online.
You are strongly encouraged to register your Tap ‘n Pay wristbands so we can look them up if lost or stolen. If your Pay ‘n Play wristband is missing, please notify the Wahooz Office immediately. If registered, we will be able to transfer the value from the missing wristband to a new one. A $10 fee may apply. We are not responsible for replacing any value spent while the wristband was lost or stolen.
Funds loaded onto Tap ‘n Pay wristbands are non-refundable, but they do not expire. You can transfer your stored funds from one wristband to another at the Wahooz Office.
You can check and add value to your balance online if the account is registered. You may also bring in your Tap ‘n Pay wristband to the Ticket Counter or Wahooz Office to find the current balance.
No, but gift cards will expire after 5 years.
